As a result-driven Senior Project Manager ERP based in Nijmegen (The Netherlands), you are leading the global ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics for the next 3-4 years, varying from medium to high complexity rollouts worldwide. Barenbrug is active in Europe (The Netherlands, France, UK), USA, Australia & New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina and South Africa. You will travel approximately once a month during the implementation phase of the global ERP system.

 

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track-record in full-scale ERP implementations and experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O. You will effectively manage the project from A-Z: from planning, resourcing, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies while collaborating with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization. Working towards achieving shared objectives and goals, you'll consider the needs of various departments and local organizations. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be key to driving project successfully.

 

Responsibilities and tasks

  • ensure the successful delivery of the project from start to finish, currently estimated between three till four years, lead project management activities using structured methodologies;
  • communicate a clear vision of the project’s objectives and motivate the project team to achieve them, based upon work already done by the company;
  • lead the project team members by given clarity, support & inspiration to be at their best performance;
  • manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and suppliers, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress and issues to manage expectations regarding all project requirements and deliverables;
  • identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget, and timeline;
  • manage the financial aspects of the project, including budgeting and estimating actual variance;
  • analyze risks, establish contingency plans, identify trigger events, and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action;
  • ensure governance is in place to best meet project objectives and track and report project progress to different governance bodies.

 

You recognize yourself in the following profile

  • at least a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience;
  • over 10 years of relevant experience in project/change management;
  • experience in ERP implementations in either of the following business domains: customer and commercial excellence, finance and supply chain;
  • experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O;
  • proven track record of independently driving medium complexity projects and/or managing a program portfolio of projects;
  • experience with large-scale organizational change in international environments, familiar in working with different continents, time zones and cultures;
  • strong stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly towards high-level stakeholders including General Managers, Global Directors, and other business Leaders & toward large audiences;
  • strong interpersonal skills focused on collaboration. Building and maintaining lasting relationships and connections with diverse teams, across the organization and outside;
  • strong problem-solving and strategizing skills, not afraid to say no and sensitive enough to avoid escalations.

 

What do we offer?

  • yearly salary is around EUR 90.000,- depending on your knowledge and experience;
