Project BRIDGE: from strategy to plans

Project BRIDGE is a global Barenbrug project, aiming to identify an optimal, global way of working for seven important processes that are relevant to all our operational companies. One of these processes is called “strategy to planning”. This process entails how we translate our long-term strategy into a short-term operational planning.

Below you will find which steps are necessary to get from our global strategy “Connected Growth”, which has a three year horizon, all the way down to the daily activities in our plants. All of these steps are connected to each other and enable us to supply our customers with the products they want, at the moment and location they want.
